To establish communication between a restaurant brand and its targeted customer, TDC establishes a process and services that allow us to dig deep into the consumer behavior, wants, and needs to provide a brand with communication content and appropriate design expression to convey their message.

We start by evaluating the brand identity. We can then make recommendations to keep or refresh that identity, followed by other communication vehicles based on purpose and location. This is what we call communication hierarchy. We often create a guideline that allows our clients to take over the communication based on operation needs.
