Shake Shack requested that our team develop an innovative approach to their drive-thru experience in order to complete their newly developed prototype design. Our solution was to develop meaningful “moments of engagement” along the customer journey by adapting a traditional hospitality design approach, which is unique for a drive-thru concept.
Learning from the “Drive-thru Experience of the Future” project, Shake Shack a quick drive-thru solution for immediate build-out in New Jersey and Minnesota within a given budget and tight timeframe.
We provided a simplified yet effective approach, maintaining the integrity of the architectural gestures while integrating readily available technology. By providing accelerated engineering and fabrication solutions, and adhering to the tight budget and schedule, we enabled Shake Shack to meet their opening date, with fanfare.
