Cincinnati’s 6th street Culinary and Entertainment District Strategy
The City of Cincinnati appointed us to collaborate with a private equity firm and Boca Restaurant Group to develop a restaurant and entertainment complex to honor The Maisonette, the city’s premier Michelin star restaurant, as a celebration of Cincinnati’s culinary heritage and innovation.
We developed a multi-venue destination with fine dining, mid-range restaurants, bars, and clubs in approximately 100,000 SF semi-historical urban sites. The resulting design agenda will be used to strategize further development, establishing partnerships, setting up standards for service/operations, aesthetics, energy, and future policy as well as funding of this complex development over the next decade.
